A beautiful swimming pool paint that is easy to use and highly durable. A tough U.S. Government formula featuring chlorinated resins specially treated to withstand pool chemicals, salt water and provide good color retention making it less likely to chalk or fade. Acceptable for use on Gunnite, plaster, marcite, concrete, fiberglass, aluminum and steel swimming pools, fish ponds, decorative pools, fountains, water features, tanks and equipment. The cured finish is non toxic when dry so it safe for children and fish.

You can expect 5 or more years of maintenance free service from Chlorinated Alkyd. Fade resistant pigments provide maximum color fastness. It features a combination of innovative performance qualities including excellent hardness, resistance to many acids, alkalis and water. It is a highly durable pool sealer that is easy to use in a wide variety of fresh and saltwater applications. It prevents seepage of water in pools, tanks and ponds. It resists chalking, chipping and peeling, alkali (from concrete or plaster), swimming pool chemicals, growth of algae and molds, minimizes collection of iron and dirt and is easy to clean.

Offers good resistance to pool chemicals and saltwater. Hardness, scuff resistance and chemical resistance are excellent. The no-mix formula makes it easy to use. It prevents seepage of water in pools and ponds, resists chalking, chipping and peeling, alkali (from concrete or plaster), swimming pool chemicals, growth of algae and molds, minimizes collection of iron and dirt and is easy to clean. It is economical to use. May be brushed, rolled or sprayed, cleans up easily. Covers 275-300 square feet per gallon when brushed or rolled on smooth surfaces. Dry to the touch in 1-2 hours. Recoat time is 12-48 hours. Sand between coats after 48 hours. See label and application directions for further information. Custom colors available on request for an additional $10.00 per gallon. Recommendations: Recommend two coats for best results. Thins with TS-605 Thinner. Cleaner: Recommend TS-695 Etching Cleaner or TS-104 Seal-It! where there is risk of high moisture content or hydrostatic pressure.

Primer: Recommend TS-664 Etching Primer or TS-780 Mono Epoxy Primer. Slip Resistance: For added slip resistance add 1 lb Tred-Tex or Gaco-Grip.

Primer: Primer is recommend on all bare surfaces. Recommend TS-664 Etching Primer on hard to coat surfaces such as Gunnite, plastic, aluminum, fiberglass and composite materials. 

Thin & clean up: Use only with factory recommended thinner, TS-605 Thinner. Clean all equipment thoroughly with TS-605 Thinner or Acetone.

NOTE: Our performance warranty is not a guaranty of color fastness. Please understand that pool chemicals and UV rays combine to reduce the effectiveness of even the highest quality resins, colorants and anti-fading ingredients. Dark colors fade sooner than lighter colors. When dark colors are desired, we recommend ordering a shade or two darker with the understanding that colors will lighten with time.
