TS-646 Paint Stripper A fast acting paint stripper that makes removing old swimming pool and pond paint easier then you ever imagined. It is very effective at removing existing pool paint from a wide variety of surfaces. It effectively removes the toughest epoxy pool paints. It contains no caustic, acid, or flammable solvent. Quickly and easily removes paint safely. Stripping swimming pool paint is less work and less expensive than sanding or blasting. It is is effective and easy to use. Just roll it on generously with a high nap roller cover (recommend 3/4" - 1" nap) and allow it to stand 10-15 minutes. It quickly and effectively softens old swimming pool paint so that it can be scraped up shoveled out for disposal. It contains no caustic, acid, or flammable solvent. It can be used on Gunnite, concrete, tile, metal, wood and plaster. Stats: Removes paint from 150-200 square feet per gallon depending on surface, texture and porosity of substrate. Application Instructions: Recommend application by brush and roller coat. Use a high nap roller cover (3/4" or higher). Apply to an area of approximately 10 square feet at approximately 20-30 MILS, allow to stand 10-15 minutes or until paint has softened. When paint has soften scrape into a pile for removal with a shovel or similar instrument. Dispose of removed paint properly. Do not apply in hot direct sunlight. Recommend applying over 40F and under 80F. Intended Use: Use for removal of swimming pool paint or pond paint from Gunnite, concrete, tile, plaster, metal or glass. Not intended to be used on fiberglass or plastic.
